The EUROMATIC Metal Standalone Access Control Reader IP68 is a heavy-duty RFID and keypad door access controller designed for residential, commercial and outdoor access control applications. Its robust metal anti-vandal construction and IP68 waterproof version make it suitable for demanding entrance security installations.
The standalone controller supports multiple access methods including RFID card, PIN/password and card + password. Depending on the model, it supports compatible EM or MIFARE (MF) cards and provides capacity for up to 2000 card users and 2000 password users.
The controller features Wiegand 26 input/output, a digital backlit keypad, adjustable door relay time and connections for electric locks, exit buttons, alarms and doorbell systems. Operating from DC12V ±10%, it provides a complete standalone solution for controlled door entry.

IP68 Waterproof Access Control Keypad
The IP68 version is designed for compatible outdoor access control installations where improved protection against water and environmental conditions is required. Its metal housing also provides increased resistance against physical damage and vandalism.
Card, PIN & Card + PIN Access
The EUROMATIC standalone access controller provides multiple authentication methods. Authorized users can gain access using a compatible RFID card, PIN code or a combination of card and PIN, allowing the access method to be configured according to the security requirements of the installation.
2000 Card & 2000 Password Users
The controller supports up to 2000 card users and 2000 password users, providing sufficient capacity for offices, residential buildings, warehouses, factories and other commercial access control applications.
EM & MIFARE Card Options
Depending on the selected model, the controller can support compatible EM or MIFARE RFID cards. The correct card technology should be selected according to the specific controller version being installed.
Wiegand 26 Input & Output
Built-in Wiegand 26 input/output provides additional integration flexibility. The unit can be used as a standalone controller or integrated with compatible access control equipment where supported.
5–8cm RFID Reading Distance
The integrated RFID reader provides an approximate card reading distance of 5–8cm with compatible credentials. Actual reading performance may vary depending on card type and installation conditions.
